Matthew Randle. That is a kind of label. A tree in Timsbury is labelled tree.
Today was an exhibition of work by Nicola and fiona and me and others. It was great , we evaluated it and my role was partly planning as well as creating work during the time of the various pieces. Art is not a sugar cube. Neither is 'art' or indeed anything of 'Art'. I draw and now should learn some arabic writing. I would like that."

ah, cheers. I like it too. Today was the most thoroughly successful day I've had in many a year.

I did everything on all the lists of things I taskmastered myself to do. I drew. I made some photos for a gallery to look at. I went to that gallery and talked to the man. I did more things than I even wrote down. I drew from 'sublime' paintings. I saw the boxes for David Hockney's work. I went to tate britain. I went for a closing event . i saw some of my tutors there who introduced me to some Matthews. I talked to the artists and enjoyed it all. I had a free beer. I wore a football shirt. I mingled. I name dropped. I made art and I lean. and it leant against the wall. I wore red and yellow and yellow and red. I wore a clip to keep my headwear together on my head.

it involves Matthew giving chocolate because he didn't have enough Middlesex Rock because he didn't take it when the opportunity arose.,, giving chocolate to the people met in the period leading up to the exhibition. The people ask questions and are perplexed. Matthew answers the questions 'My friend is going to make a tie for me out of the wrappers, a tie that I will wear at the degree show'. The people ask about the show. Matt tells them about the show and offers them a flyer and assures the people that if they give him the wrapper bac he will try to make it to the show wearing the mentioned tie.
There is a small installation so that matt can nod towards something if anybody asks where the work is.
